The rooms at Bg Residency in Madurai were really cozy and comfortable. I loved the simple yet stylish design with the tile/marble floors. The flat-screen TV in the double room was a great addition. It made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Having a desk in the room was so convenient. I could catch up on work or plan my itinerary for the next day. The private bathroom was clean and well-maintained. It provided all the necessary amenities and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The bed linen and towels were fresh and crisp, making me feel like I was in a home away from home. The wardrobe in the room was spacious enough to store all of my belongings.

Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms also had air conditioning. But I understand that others might enjoy a more natural ventilation system.

we enjoyed the hotel, it was extremely convenient and had favourable location adjacent to the main temple and a couple others. the room was well-maintained with clean bathroom, clean linen plus fan and the overall experience was good. thoughtful and very attentive staff, provided useful info. try tasty dishes served at the attached restaurant. everything was simply nice.

Oh, just love the scent of naphthalene balls in the room, so relaxing! AC is useless, but no worries, the fan is there to save the day.

We had a lovely stay at a cozy residency. the host and staff were incredibly helpful and made sure all our needs were taken care of. the room was compact yet fancy, with great air conditioning and spotlessly clean facilities. They even went above and beyond to accommodate our late checkout and offer a place for freshening up before we left. We truly appreciated their thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.

I stayed at BG Residency for my visit to the Meenakshi Temple. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk away. The staff was friendly and allowed me to store my luggage for free. There were ATMs nearby and a restaurant within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was just a few meters away from the city bus stand and the main temple. Everything we needed, including shops and restaurants, was within walking distance. It was also convenient to visit other attractions like the Gandhi museum and temples on the hill, as there was a bus stand nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and despite the restaurant being downstairs, we didn't experience any noise or smell. The staff were highly professional and provided excellent service.

There were a few issues that made our stay less enjoyable. the noise from the restaurant downstairs and people walking in the corridor was quite disturbing, especially at night when we were trying to sleep.
